Governor Babatunde Fashola of Lagos State, yesterday, replied the letter earlier written to him by President Umaru Yar’Ádua to revert to 20 Local Government Areas, saying it is impossible since the Local Council Development Areas were created by law of the state’s House of Assembly.

Onuesoke, who was spoke in his Ughelli office when a group of People Democratic Party (PDP) Youths paid him a courtesy visit, said the decision was a pointer to the fact that the federal government was not genuine in its amnesty programme for aggrieved youths of the region.
