NAPEP tricycle operators hail Chime on lifting of ban

ENUGU—THE Enugu State Coordinator of National Poverty Eradication Programme (NAPEP), Mr. Hycienth Ngwu, has commended Governor Sullivan Chime for lifting the ban imposed on the commercial tricycle operators known as “KEKE Napep” from operating in some parts of the state capital.
