Access Investments & Securities to raise N2bn via mutual funds
The Board and Management of Access Investment and Securities Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Access Bank Plc, weekend, announced at a completion board meeting its readiness to raise N2 billion from two mutual funds.
The company in its prospectus stated that it would be offering Ten million units each of two mutual funds to the public at N100 per unit. The mutual funds on offer are ‘The Access Balanced Fund’ and ‘The Access Fixed Income Fund’.
