THE Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Odien Ajumogobia, SAN, yesterday, on arrival with Acting President Goodluck Jonathan at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, from the United States, US, said the visit to the US by Jonathan has re-launched Nigeria into global reckoning and business investment.

ACTING President Goodluck Jonathan has assured Nigerians resident in the United States that the Federal Government would soon upgrade the Department of Diaspora in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the status of a Commission.

A BENIN-based legal practitio-ner, Mr. Dele Igbinedion, has dragged the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, and its Governor, Mallam Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, to a Federal High Court in Benin over a circular barring all banks in Nigeria from deploying or operating the Automated Teller Machines, ATMs, outside their branches.

The Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Mr Mohammed Adoke, SAN, yesterday advocated for an upward review of the mandatory retirement age of justices of the Supreme Court from 70 to 75 years.
