One of such epigrams is the story of ‘Nkenu’ the beautiful bird who went to a native doctor to seek understanding of catastrophe since it had never seen or experienced it.

This bill which will serve as the grundnorm of the petroleum industry – legal and regulatory framework, among other things, will enhance petroleum development and production.

IN the history of Nigeria, not many still remember the heroic efforts of our founding fathers that enabled us attain self-rule. Nevertheless, it remains an incontrovertible historical fact that personages such as the late Dr. Nnamdi Azikiwe, Sir Ahmadu Bello, Chief Obafemi Awolowo and several others made selfless sacrifices for Nigeria to attain nationhood.
