BY Thursday, September 25, 2014, the Enugu State Government would have sponsored a rally for the adoption of President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan for the 2015 presidential election. To this end, officials of the 17 councils in Enugu State were directed to rent at least 200 persons in each of the 260 wards in Enugu State.
