The Nigerian Communications Commission, NCC last week launched a Service Charter to drive home the federal government’s excellence service delivery objective.

The Charter, when implemented, according to NCC, will ensure effective and efficient delivery of the commission’s mandates and programmes with the Nigerian populace.
