IF the minister of Communications, Adebayo Shittu and his two counterparts in the affiliate parastatals, Ms. Abimbola Alale of the Nigerian Communications Satellite Limited, NigComSat and Asiwaju Bisi Adegbuyi of the Nigerian Postal Services, NIPOST, respectively, decide to globe trot in 2017,they would have no hindrances, because the federal government has provided a war chest for the travels.
