Her Excellency, Deaconess Roli Uduaghan, the First Lady of Delta State, is well positioned to tell the Emmanuel Uduaghan story having been married to the governor for 24 years. Last Sunday, she sat down to tell the story. Her narration laced with never-before-told tales of the inner life of the Delta State first family also reveals Roli’s role as a supportive spouse and spiritual shield.
