Incumbent Governor of Taraba state and governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Darius Ishaku has been declared winner of last Saturday’s governorship election in the state.

The state returning officer, for the Saturday’s governorship election in Imo state, Mr. Francis Chukwuemeka Otonta, Monday announced the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Emeka Ihedioha, winner of the governorship election.

The Kano election has been declared inconclusive by the State Returning Officer Prof B. B. Shehu the Vice Chancellor of the Federal University Birnin Kebbi.
