Jos—Governor Simon Lalong of Plateau State, yesterday, warned that any Ministry, Departments and Agencies, MDAs, in the state, which fails to think out of the box and improve its revenue generating capacity would not get approval for their memo as internal revenue generation is fundamental to enable government fund projects and bring the needed development in the state.
