Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, has called on the Inspector-General of Police, Tunji Disu, to order the arrest and prosecution of Senator Francis Fadahunsi, representing Osun East Senatorial District, over an alleged threat to kill members of the Accord Party.

The APC candidate commended Tinubu for what he described as bold and courageous decisions to remove the fuel subsidy and reform the nation’s economy.

Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) has urged the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to urgently identify, document and publicly report growing incidents of political violence, threats and intimidation ahead of Saturday’s governorship election in Osun State.

The APC candidate said his priority, if elected, would be the welfare and development of residents across the state, irrespective of their location.

He also proposed a financial dashboard that would allow residents to monitor government spending and demand explanations where public funds were not properly accounted for.
