Court orders Obi’s immediate arrest
The Federal High Court sitting in Owerri has ordered the immediate arrest of Chief Innocent Obi over his repeated absence in the fraud suit he instituted against Nze Chikwe. Chief Obi had petitioned the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, alleging that Nze Chikwe duped him of N40 million and the latter was, on the strength of the allegation, arraigned in the Federal High Court, Owerri, to answer the charges levelled against him.
