THE Federal Road Safety Corps, FSRC has reaffirmed its position of non-involvement in the marketing speed limiting devices for vehicles in the country.

Sulphur in petroleum fuels results in vehicle exhaust emissions that have negative health and environmental impacts. Harmful emission reducing technologies in vehicles also require low Sulphur fuels to be effective. This was the submission of Standard Organisation of Nigeria (SON), as it pegs the level of sulphur contents in fuels in Nigeria.

THE much awaited construction of standard railway track from Lagos to Ibadan has commence with the Managing Director of Nigerian Railway Corporation (NRC), Engr. Fidel Okhiria advising those with illegal structures on the railway right of way to leave immediately. The construction is expected to run for 18 months.
