Lagos residents are accusing the Private Sector Participant, PSP of inefficiency. PSP is charged with the responsibility of clearing refuse in Lagos State.

Residents of Oteyi Garden Estate in Abule-Ado, a suburb in Lagos, came out recently in large numbers to protest the deplorable state of their roads.

Indeed, it was considered a kind of landmark.
