IRC to raise $4m for flood victims in Nigeria

Needed help has continued to come the way of victims of recent flood disasters in Nigeria, with the International Rescue Committee, IRC, sending a delegation to the country to render technical assistance and supports worth millions of dollars through an appeal fund planned for that purpose. It is doing this in collaboration with the National Emergency Management Agency, NEMA.
