THE police in Lagos recently arrested two suspected members of a robbery gang that had been terrorising residents of Apapa and Wilmer Cresent areas of the state. The suspects identified as Ugochukwu Samuel(24)and Saturday Akpan (20) reportedly operate as early as 5am, dispossessing their victims, majority of whom were traders and defenceless workers, of cash and other valuables.
