Rights activist, Ankio Briggs, in this interview, condemns what has become the culture of fighting the leadership of Niger Delta interventionist agencies by ethnic agitators. She says such agitations for change of leadership impedes the development of the region, saying the Urhobo, Isoko, Ijaw, Itsekiri and other tribes do not need to fight anyone occupying any position. With particular reference to the Presidential Amnesty Programme, PAP, she says the current Coordinator, Gen Barry Ndiomu, retd, should be allowed to conclude his reforms.
