With results from twenty-five of the local government areas in Delta state already released by INEC, Dr. Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan of the People Democratic Party has won the gubernatorial Re-run elections in Delta.

FORMER Governor of Delta State and Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, gubernatorial candidate, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan , resurrected politically, Thursday night, when he overpowered his Democratic People Party, DPP, Chief Great Ogboru, who was thought to be coasting to victory in the January 6 re-run following an striking performance in the Delta Central Senatorial District.
