Throughout the term of this IO, the Publisher shall not, and shall ensure that no
member of its group of companies shall, (directly or indirectly) work with,
engage or enter into any commercial agreements with any online affiliate marketing networks which place only third party gambling ads which are direct competitors of
the Service Provider in relation to carousel banner gambling ads that drop cookies to site’s visitors.
For clarity, this exclusivity provision shall not prevent the Publisher from
entering into any commercial agreements directly with bookmakers/operators,
for direct bookmakers ads, for link placement from other third parties, for
banners without cookie placement, and/or with other third party
networks/affiliate marketing networks for advertising outside the
gambling/iGaming industry.
