Lagos, Abuja Airports new terminals ready for use in June — Dunoma

The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, FAAN, has revealed that the new terminals under construction at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Lagos and the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, will be completed by June. This is just as contracts have been awarded for the installation of CCTV at the airports.

Domestic airline operators, FG bicker over implementation of single African skies

Domestic airline operators have faulted the decision of the Federal Government to implement the Yamoussoukro Decision,  YD, which was reached in Cote d’Ivoire in 1988. The YD has created Single African Air Transport Market.This will enable airlines from countries who are signatories to the YD to freely fly to member-countries without encumbrances.
