Pinpoint Printing & Packaging appoints Mary Gaba as Assistant Manager

Pinpoint Printing & Packaging has appointed Mary Gaba as its new Assistant Manager, marking another step in the company’s efforts to strengthen its leadership and operational structure.

Gaba has been part of the Pinpoint team for more than three years, during which she has taken on different responsibilities, worked across teams, served clients and gained experience in the company’s operations and standards.

Her progression into the new role reflects what the company described as a journey of learning, contribution, responsibility and leadership.

As Assistant Manager, Gaba will support the management and day-to-day coordination of Pinpoint’s Printing & Packaging operations, working closely with the team to strengthen processes, improve execution and maintain quality standards.

She will also play a role in ensuring that clients continue to receive the level of service and professionalism associated with the Pinpoint brand.

The company said the appointment goes beyond a change in title, describing it as recognition of Gaba’s growth and an opportunity for her to take on greater responsibility within the business.

“At Pinpoint, we believe leadership should be developed from within,” the company said.

“The people who have grown with the company understand our journey, our standards, our challenges and the vision we are building towards.”

According to the company, Gaba’s appointment comes as the Printing & Packaging business enters another phase of growth, with a focus on building a stronger, more accountable, efficient and client-focused operation.

The company expressed confidence that her experience and understanding of the organisation will contribute to the continued development of the business.

“Mary now joins this next phase of the Printing & Packaging business with a clear mandate: to help build a stronger, more accountable, more efficient and more client-focused operation,” Pinpoint said.

The company congratulated Gaba on her new responsibility and welcomed her to the next chapter of her career with Pinpoint.

“The work continues. The standard rises. We keep building,” the company said.
