Glints Med Spa and Aesthetics, a Lagos-based beauty and wellness brand, is seeking to strengthen its presence in the aesthetics sector through personalised services aimed at addressing clients’ skincare and wellness needs.

Established in 2013 by Adeyeye Oyeronke Aanuoluwa, the business was inspired by its founder’s personal experience with persistent acne and her subsequent interest in aesthetics.

Aanuoluwa’s experience sparked a desire to understand skin concerns and explore ways to help people improve their appearance and confidence, eventually leading to the establishment of the business.

Glints Med Spa and Aesthetics focuses on aesthetic treatments and wellness services designed to help clients address individual beauty and wellbeing goals.

Skin concerns such as acne, visible signs of ageing and other changes in physical appearance can affect self-esteem. Appropriate aesthetic care may offer options for addressing some of these concerns, depending on individual needs and the suitability of particular treatments.

Under Aanuoluwa’s leadership, the brand has also emphasised personalised approaches to aesthetics and wellness, with a focus on helping women feel more confident.

The business has received industry recognition, including the Best Female Wellness Brand in Aesthetics Clinic award from APSMAN in 2024.

Aanuoluwa has also been recognised as Outstanding CEO of the Year by the Nigerian Women Achievers Awards, while the business received an Outstanding Business of the Year award from the National Youth Wing of Nigeria.

Beyond its commercial activities, Glints Med Spa and Aesthetics has participated in women’s empowerment programmes in Lagos, Ogun State and Ibadan.

The business is also considering a skill-acquisition programme in a local government area of Lagos State, an initiative intended to provide participants with practical skills that could support their livelihoods.
