MTN’s Information Technology team brought its 2026 team bonding retreat to life at Hi-Impact Planet Hotel & Resort, as Jeremiah Music Band (JMBand) transformed the corporate gathering into a vibrant Nigerian Owambe experience.

Led by music director and entertainment entrepreneur Jeremiah Oluwatoke, JMBand delivered a dynamic performance blending indigenous Nigerian rhythms, talking drums, shekeres, saxophones, keyboards, powerful vocals and contemporary party sounds.

The energetic performance had members of the MTN IT team singing, dancing and connecting beyond their usual corporate environment, creating a memorable atmosphere of unity and celebration.

The experience perfectly reflected the retreat’s theme, “Let’s Create Symphony: Different Instruments, One Song,” demonstrating how different talents, personalities and instruments can be.
