
The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board, NCDMB, has flagged off a training programme on Digitalized Oil Field Operations and Data Analytics for 50 youths in Akure, Ondo State.
The training is being executed by King-Fahji Nig. Ltd on behalf of NCDMB, as part of efforts to build local capacity and prepare Nigerian youths for careers in the evolving oil and gas industry.
At the kick-off ceremony, participants were welcomed into an intensive curriculum designed to cover digital oilfield technologies, remote monitoring systems, production data management, and the application of data analytics for improved operational efficiency and decision-making.
The training will combine classroom sessions, practical simulations, and industry-standard software to ensure beneficiaries are equipped with globally competitive skills.
Certificates and empowerment packages will be presented to participants at the end of the training.
