Kemsan  has officially unveiled Kemsan Group Ltd, marking a major milestone in its corporate evolution from a single real estate company into a diversified group of companies with interests spanning real estate, construction, agriculture and the automobile sector.

Founded in 2019 by Amb. Ahmed Oluwaseun Owoseni, the Ibadan-based company has grown into one of Nigeria’s fast-rising property development brands, with operations across Oyo, Lagos, Osun, Kwara, Ekiti, Ogun and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja.

The the statement of the MD; he noted that the newly launched Kemsan Group Ltd will oversee four subsidiaries: Kemsan Acres Global Limited, Kemsan Global Autos Limited, Kemsan Construction Limited, and Kemsan Farms, a strategic expansion aimed at delivering integrated solutions that promote premium housing, infrastructure development, mobility and sustainable agriculture.

Speaking on the development, the company’s management described the transition as a reflection of KEMSAN’s long-term vision to become a leading indigenous conglomerate committed to creating value across multiple sectors of the Nigerian economy.

Over the years, KEMSAN has recorded remarkable growth, from selling over 12,500 plots of land while serving over 7,000 clients nationwide. Its construction arm is also delivering notable projects, including Kemsan Heights, Kemsan Court, Fountain Residence, Bashorun Trade Center and Kemsan Trade Center in Ibadan, reinforcing its reputation for quality and modern real estate development.
