Nigerian entrepreneur Abraham Oba has explained how he is making an impact across technology, construction and humanitarian service through initiatives aimed at promoting digital inclusion, youth empowerment and community development.

A statement noted that Oba founded the digital platform, One9ja, in 2019 to provide Nigerians with a trusted online space where users could access credible information, discover opportunities, promote businesses and celebrate Nigerian culture.

The statement noted that the platform had continued to support entrepreneurs, creatives and small businesses while encouraging wider participation in Nigeria’s digital economy through educational content, community stories and information on opportunities.

The statement also highlighted Oba’s humanitarian work through the Save the Boy Child Foundation, saying the initiative focuses on supporting vulnerable boys through education, vocational training, mentorship and mental health advocacy.

According to the statement, the foundation seeks to address social challenges affecting boys, an area it described as receiving relatively limited public attention.

The statement further noted that Oba leads Onedelta Construction Company, where he oversees construction and renovation projects for residential buildings, schools and hotels as part of efforts to contribute to infrastructure development and economic growth.

It added that Oba, who hails from Oko-Anala in Oshimili South Local Government Area of Delta State, had received several honours for his contributions to entrepreneurship and social development, including his recent recognition as one of the 100 Iconic Personalities in Africa.

The statement said preparations were ongoing for the Save the Boy Child Street Empowerment Conference, adding that Oba remained committed to creating opportunities through technology, infrastructure development and humanitarian initiatives aimed at improving lives and promoting sustainable development.
