MTN Nigeria with SheCan Nigeria is set for the forthcoming SheCan Do More Conference 2026, a strategic collaboration aimed at empowering women and young professionals through leadership development, entrepreneurship, mentorship, and innovation.

The annual conference, scheduled for June 19, 2026, at the Balmoral Convention Center, Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos, is expected to bring together accomplished leaders, entrepreneurs, corporate executives, and changemakers for a day of learning, networking, and transformation.

Founder of SheCan Nigeria and Deputy Managing Director of MBR Signature Ltd, Dr. Ezinne Ezeani, described the conference as a platform designed to inspire and equip participants with the tools, knowledge, and networks needed to maximize their potential and create meaningful impact in their communities and industries.

“The SheCan Do More Conference is more than an event; it is a movement that empowers women and young professionals to think bigger, lead with confidence, and create lasting value. This year’s edition will bring together accomplished leaders and innovators who will share practical insights, mentorship, and opportunities that can transform lives and careers,” she said.

Speaking on the partnership with MTN Nigeria, Ezeani said the collaboration reflects a shared commitment to unlocking human potential and creating pathways for growth.

“The partnership between SheCan Nigeria and MTN Nigeria is unique because it goes beyond sponsorship to create meaningful opportunities for women and young professionals. Through this collaboration, attendees will gain access to valuable insights on leadership, career advancement, entrepreneurship, innovation, and digital transformation. Together, we are fostering an environment where participants are inspired, equipped, and connected to achieve more,” she added.

According to the organisers, attendees can look forward to keynote presentations, panel discussions, practical leadership and career development sessions, networking opportunities with industry leaders, inspiring success stories, and valuable connections that can support both personal and professional growth.

Chief Marketing Officer of MTN Nigeria, Onyinye Ikenna-Emeka, said the partnership aligns with the company’s commitment to enabling progress, promoting inclusion, and supporting the development of future leaders.

She noted that the SheCan Do More Conference provides an important platform for engaging ambitious professionals, entrepreneurs, business leaders, and emerging talents who are helping shape Nigeria’s future.

“This partnership is important for MTN because it aligns with our commitment to enabling progress, promoting inclusion, and supporting the development of future leaders. By partnering with SheCan Nigeria, MTN is investing in human capital development and contributing to conversations that inspire innovation, leadership, and economic growth,” Ikenna-Emeka said.

She added that the collaboration reinforces MTN’s dedication to creating opportunities that empower individuals, particularly women and young professionals, to realize their potential and expand their influence.

“Through this partnership, MTN is helping to build a more empowered, connected, and prosperous future. We believe that when people are equipped with the right knowledge, networks, and opportunities, they can drive meaningful change within their communities and beyond,” she said.

Organisers say the conference will serve as a platform for bold conversations around leadership, business growth, innovation, and personal development, while creating opportunities for mentorship and collaboration across industries.

As preparations gather momentum, the partnership between MTN Nigeria and SheCan Nigeria underscores the growing role of public-private collaborations in advancing women’s empowerment, fostering innovation, and supporting sustainable economic development in Nigeria.
