Nollywood actress Regina Daniels is waxing stronger even after her marriage to billionaire politician Ned Nwoko ended last year.
The mother of two has been vocal about moving forward, writing on Instagram: “Even when the table turns, I will still be eating on the table.” She appears to be living by that mantra.
After her separation, Daniels acquired a multi-million naira mansion in Lagos and has since focused on her career and children. She has not shown signs of frustration over the split and has said she feels more comfortable as a single mother. Her resolve was on display during a recent Children’s Day celebration, when she hosted the “#ReginaDanielsChildrensDayCarnival” for kids.
In a recent TikTok livestream with content creator Jarvis, Daniels said she does not plan to marry again but still hopes to have a daughter.
“I want to have six children and I already have two boys. It’s crazy, but I’ve checked my mind out of getting married. I am going to have a girl and I must have a girl,” she said. “Men will grow, get married and focus on building their own families. But a woman will always remember home.”
Daniels and Nwoko married in 2019 when she was 19 and he was in his 50s, a union that sparked public debate over their 40-year age gap. They share two sons. In late 2025, their marriage hit the rocks amid allegations by Nwoko that Daniels was struggling with drug and alcohol abuse and needed rehabilitation.
