The PBAT Mandate Elders Forum in Ondo State has commended the Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, describing him as a dynamic reformer whose contributions to governance have strengthened public confidence in the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
In a goodwill message marking his birthday, the forum’s Chairman, Chief Erastus Akeju; Secretary, Hon. Ebenezer Alabi; and Facilitator, Chief Demola Ijabiyi, praised the minister’s leadership style and policy interventions in the Ministry of Interior.
They said Tunji-Ojo has continued to redefine public service delivery in Nigeria through what they described as bold reforms and innovative administrative approaches.
According to the group, his efforts have helped strengthen internal security systems, improve institutional efficiency, and restore public trust in key government agencies under his supervision.
The forum noted that the minister’s performance aligns with the policy direction of the Tinubu administration and reflects the objectives of the Renewed Hope Agenda.
“On this auspicious occasion of your birthday, we celebrate not only your life but your unwavering dedication to the ideals of progressive leadership,” the statement read.
“Your bold reforms, intellectual capacity, and patriotic zeal continue to inspire confidence in the present administration and reaffirm the place of Ondo State in the national leadership space.”
The elders also described Tunji-Ojo as part of a new generation of leaders within the All Progressives Congress (APC) who are combining experience with innovation in governance.
They added that his loyalty and performance remain vital to strengthening democratic governance and delivering effective public service.
The forum urged the minister to remain committed to people-oriented reforms, particularly in areas such as national security, correctional services, and administrative efficiency.
“As a forum committed to the success of this administration, we take pride in your achievements and assure you of our continued support,” they said.
They wished him good health and continued success in his public service career.
