Fast-rising Nigerian comedian Edeh Sylvester, popularly known as MC Monica, has urged Nigerians, especially young investors, to consider real estate as a route to financial security and wealth creation.

He gave the advice while announcing an ambassadorial partnership with Zuruike Properties Limited, one of Enugu State’s leading real estate firms.

The deal was formalized on May 21, 2026, at the company’s head office, in Enugu.

The announcement comes after the success of MC Monica’s maiden comedy concert in Lagos, which featured both local and international acts.
