JAMB 2026: Fountain Heights students shine, as Bryan Ogbonnaya scores 360

Fountain Heights Secondary School’s Bryan Ogbonnaya scored an impressive 360 in the recently released 2026 JAMB Exam joining many of his high scoring classmates in upholding the school’s track record of academic excellence.

The evidence of a general, school-wide impressive performance can be gleaned from the overall results of all the students who sat for the same examination. Out of the 44 students who registered for this year’s JAMB exam, 13 scored above 300, and the rest scored 260 and above.

Mrs. Oluwaseun Ogundare, the Principal Fountain Heights Secondary School recalls that these results simply follow the same pattern of noteworthy achievements by the school and her students in recent years.

“As recently as 6th May, 2026, Fountain Heights Secondary School came first among six schools that emerged winners at the grand finale of the Agriquest Lagos Students Competition, all sharing a total of N2.85m in prize money.

“The quiz competition organised by Paradise Dynamic Farms Limited saw both Junior and Senior Secondary School students tested in agricultural knowledge, with the trio of Ajola Adeoye, Udochukwu Ike and Anas Salami from FHSS amassing 24 points to beat other contestants.

“Azolem Onaro, our former Head Girl (2023/2024 session), won the National UBA Foundation Essay Competition 2024 Edition. Even more laudable was the achievement of our school as the LASG Best Private Junior Secondary School 2024, an annual initiative of the Lagos State Ministry of Education, Office of Education Quality Assurance to recognize excellence among the many schools operating in the state.” She said
