Mr. Chukwuneye Oktus Daniel, has inaugurated the Zonal Executive Members, Coordinators of the 12 Local Government Areas of Imo West Senatorial district, as well as the 136 Ward Coordinators, under the name ORLU4HOPE Movement, to deliver Governor Hope Uzodinma’s Senatorial ambition ahead of 2027 general elections.

The inauguration took place weekend in Orlu attended by traditional rulers, stakeholders, political leaders, women and youths.

Chukwuneye who is the Chairman, Chukwuneye Oktus Foundation, said the movement “founded on gratitude, loyalty, development, and collective progress.”

According to him, “We have assembled here to inaugurate a movement born out of conviction, driven by purpose, and inspired by a sincere desire to protect, advance, and promote the collective interests of the people of Orlu Zone. First and foremost, I give all glory to Almighty God, whose grace has brought us together in peace, unity, and common purpose. Without Him, no vision succeeds and no movement endures.

“We proudly unveil *ORLU4HOPE Movement 2027, a grassroots platform established to mobilize, unite, and amplify the voice of Orlu Zone in support of visionary leadership and sustainable development.

“Our theme today, Senator Hope Uzodimma Is in the Best Interest of Orlu Zone, is not a slogan. It is a carefully considered conviction rooted in facts, experience, and the realities before us.

We make this declaration because leadership must be judged by commitment, performance, courage, and the ability to deliver results. Throughout his years in public service, Senator Hope Uzodimma has demonstrated an uncommon determination to pursue development, restore public confidence, and strengthen the foundations of governance in Imo State.

Among the reasons for the support for Governor Uzodinma’s Senatorial ambition, he said: “Uzodinma administration has undertaken major infrastructure projects, expanded road networks, improved access to public services, strengthened security initiatives, empowered young people, and created opportunities for economic growth across the state.

“While no administration is without challenges, true leadership is measured by the willingness to confront those challenges and continue moving forward. Senator Hope Uzodimma has consistently shown the resilience, courage, and political capacity required to lead in difficult times.”

He further said: “That is why we stand here today with confidence and declare that supporting him is not merely a political choice—it is a strategic decision in the best interest of Orlu Zone. Distinguished guests, *ORLU4HOPE Movement is not a movement of bitterness. It is not a movement of division. It is not a movement built on personal ambition.

“It is a movement founded on gratitude, loyalty, development, and collective progress. Today, we officially inaugurate the Zonal Executive Members, the 12 Local Government Area Coordinators, and the 136 Ward Coordinators of ORLU4HOPE Movement across Orlu Zone. This formidable structure represents a powerful grassroots network that will carry our message to every community, every ward, every village, and every household throughout Orlu Zone.”

“We are building a movement that believes in constructive engagement, peaceful mobilization, and issue-based politics. We are building a movement that believes that Orlu Zone must remain united, strong, respected, and strategically positioned within the political landscape of Imo State and Nigeria,” he concluded.
