Abuja — The Renewed Hope Youth Round Table 2026 is set to hold on Saturday, June 27, in the Federal Capital Territory, following its formal unveiling at the Transcorp Hilton in Abuja.
The initiative is designed to promote youth inclusion through structured dialogue, leadership development, and participation in governance and nation-building. Organisers say the conference will also highlight key achievements of the current administration over the past three years.
The 2026 edition is expected to bring together youth representatives from all 36 states and the FCT, alongside stakeholders and institutional leaders.
Dignitaries at the unveiling included Sola Olofin, Chairman of the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Management Board and National Convener of BAT Vanguard; Desmond Femi Agboola, National Coordinator of the initiative; veteran Nollywood actor Emeka Ike; Kingsley Tolulope Agboola, Project Coordinator; and Dare Balogun, National Publicity Secretary of BAT Vanguard.
Speaking at the event, Olofin emphasised the importance of structured youth engagement in driving sustainable national development, noting that the platform provides opportunities for empowerment, civic responsibility, and policy participation.
Agboola, in his remarks, said the initiative aims to unify youth voices across the country, strengthen leadership capacity, and contribute to socio-economic development.
In a goodwill message, Ike urged Nigerian youths to remain disciplined and actively engage in initiatives that promote unity and national progress.
Organisers said the programme, coordinated by BAT Vanguard and managed by ASo Multi Media, is positioned to foster dialogue, policy engagement, and inclusive development.
