A group, Relax Tinubu Is Fixing Nigeria, RTIFN, has urged Nigerians to recognise the efforts of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in restructuring the country and delivering the dividends of democracy.

The group made this call during the South West Zonal Unity Walk, themed “Renewed Hope Agenda in Action,” organised in Lagos, where members emphasised the need for citizens to assess ongoing infrastructural projects and reforms aimed at improving living standards.

Speaking at the event, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, represented by his deputy, Obafemi Hamzat, said there is a need to mobilise grassroots support to deepen public understanding of government policies and their long-term benefits. He cited developments in infrastructure, financial stability, electricity, student loan schemes, and consistent renovation of educational facilities.

Hamzat noted that although there will always be political opposition in any society, Nigerians should stand by the President.

“This is our country; we have no other. Nigeria will be great. Let us continue to support the right leadership,” he said.

Also speaking at the event, the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Lagos State chapter, Pastor Cornelius Ojelabi, commended RTIFN for its support in promoting the achievements of President Tinubu, urging members to intensify efforts in enlightening Nigerians about ongoing reforms.

Ojelabi praised the group’s outreach initiatives, noting that government strides in education, infrastructure, and economic stabilisation are critical in shaping public understanding.

He said the group is promoting national unity and supporting the administration’s development agenda, citing projects such as the coastal road and the Sokoto–Badagry corridor as evidence of progress. He added that the administration’s achievements cut across all sectors and benefit citizens nationwide.

Meanwhile, the National Director of Strategy, Development and Implementation for RTIFN, Mr David Hakeem, described the unity walk as a reminder for Nigerians who desire progress. He also stressed the importance of developing and advancing the educational environment.

“Many achievements have been made, but the public knows little. We are here to inform everyone about the impact of the President and why he deserves another four years,” Hakeem said.

Also, the State Coordinator of RTIFN, Mr Sesan Olowa, described the Renewed Hope Agenda as fundamental and a project every Nigerian should support.
