Nigerian human resources professional and education consultant, Ogundare Racheal Omosewa, has been honoured as one of the 100 Iconic Personalities of the Year 2026 by Iconic International Holdings.
The award was presented at a ceremony held at the Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos, recognising individuals who have demonstrated outstanding leadership, impact, and commitment to societal development across Africa.
Ogundare, Founder of the ADARA Initiative for Child Education and Convener of Brunch & Bloom Africa, has been actively involved in youth empowerment, career development, and expanding access to education for underserved communities.
She described the recognition as a motivation to continue her work, noting that her passion is driven by a desire to create opportunities and support personal growth.
“This recognition is not just about me; it represents the work we do daily to inspire growth and create access where it is lacking,” she said.
Through her initiatives, she has supported young people with tools for personal and professional development while advocating for education as a key driver of societal progress.
Organisers said the selection was based on excellence, innovation, and measurable impact within communities and professional fields across Africa.
