Nigerian entrepreneur and real estate developer, Henry Ebuluofor has been recognised on the global stage, receiving the Outstanding Real Estate Developer Award at the 2026 Face of Africa Leadership Awards, held at King’s College London.

The event, organised by Triangle International Magazine, brought together leading figures from government, academia, and business to celebrate African excellence and innovation across sectors.

Henry Ebuluofor was recognised for his leadership in advancing housing development in Nigeria through his company, Henry Montego Homes.

Henry Ebuluofor’s work focuses on addressing critical housing needs while delivering projects that prioritise quality, sustainability, and long-term community value.

As African cities continue to expand rapidly, the demand for structured, accessible housing has become a defining challenge and opportunity, for the continent.
Against this backdrop, Henry Ebuluofor has continued to position Henry Montego Homes at the forefront of innovative housing solutions.

As part of this effort, Henry Ebuluofor is currently driving a flexible homeownership model through the Montego Skyline development, enabling buyers to access property through extended payment structures of up to eight years, with entry points from approximately ₦999,000 monthly.
