In a bold move to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world financial empowerment, Earthbound Real Estate Limited successfully hosted the “After School Wealth Advantage: Earthbound Campus Wealth Experience 2026”, a 5-day intensive training program designed for students, corps members, and young graduates under Earthbound Academy.

The academy, held from April 6th to 10th, 2026, featured four days of virtual learning sessions followed by a grand physical finale & certification in Ibadan. The program focused on equipping participants with practical knowledge in real estate, sales, financial intelligence, and wealth creation strategies.

Speaking at the event, the CEO of Earthbound Real Estate Limited, Wale Akinola, emphasized the need for young people to go beyond academic qualifications and develop income-generating skills.

“School gives you a degree, but the real world demands more. We created this platform to prepare young people for the life they were not taught in school—to think differently, act boldly, and build wealth intentionally,” he stated.

Throughout the program, participants were trained on how to start in real estate with little or no capital, generate leads through digital platforms, close deals effectively, and build sustainable income streams. The sessions were highly interactive, featuring live demonstrations, practical exercises, and real-life case studies.

The grand finale included keynote sessions, a panel discussion titled “What I Wish I Knew About Money, Career & Real Estate After School — And What You Should Do Now”, and a certificate presentation ceremony for all participants.

One of the standout sessions, “Think Like a Deal Maker, Not a Beginner: Mindset Shifts & Costly Mistakes to Avoid in Real Estate, challenged attendees to rethink their approach to money, opportunities, and personal growth.

Participants described the experience as “eye-opening,” “practical,” and “life-changing,” with many expressing readiness to immediately apply the knowledge gained.

The EARTHBOUND CAMPUS WEALTH ACHIEVERS (ECWA) is part of the company’s broader vision to empower the next generation of wealth creators and redefine how young Nigerians approach real estate and financial independence.
