The University of Benin, Department of Marketing, Faculty of Management Sciences, has conferred an Award of Excellence on Honourable Felix Osaze Igbinovia in recognition of his extraordinary achievements in his chosen career, exceptional leadership qualities, and immeasurable contributions to society and humanity at large.

Hon. Felix Osaze Igbinovia is the current member representing Ikpoba Okha Local Government Area at the Edo State Oil and Gas Producing Areas Development Commission (EDSOGPADEC). In this capacity, he has continued to play a vital role in advocating for sustainable development, infrastructural growth, and economic empowerment within oil-producing communities in Edo State. His representation has been marked by a people-centered approach, ensuring that the interests of grassroots communities remain at the forefront of policy implementation and development initiatives.
Beyond public service, Hon. Igbinovia is a highly respected entrepreneur and corporate leader. He serves as the Non-Executive Chairman of Sazy Oil and Gas Limited and Sazy Logistics Limited, companies that have made notable contributions to Nigeria’s oil, gas, and logistics sectors. Through strategic leadership and sound corporate governance, he has helped position these organizations as credible players within their respective industries, while also creating employment opportunities for numerous Nigerians.

In addition to his business and political engagements, Hon. Igbinovia holds the esteemed position of Captain, Leisure and Indoor Games Section of Benin Club 1931, popularly known as Aso Rock, Benin City. His leadership within the club has been instrumental in promoting unity, recreation, and social interaction among members, reinforcing the long-standing traditions and values of one of Nigeria’s most prestigious social institutions.
