Okpara: Communications firm repositions as public influence player in 2026

ABUJA – An Abuja-based communications firm has announced a revised growth strategy for 2026, signalling a shift in how it positions its services and areas of focus.

It said the change follows its work across finance, energy, healthcare, real estate and development sectors in 2025, and reflects what it describes as evolving demands from organisations operating in complex and high-risk environments. Going forward, the firm will operate as a Public Influence and Strategic Communications firm, targeting institutions and leaders for whom reputation, credibility and stakeholder trust are critical.

The strategy was outlined at a media briefing where the firm reviewed its 2025 activities and presented its priorities for the coming year.

Founder and Lead Strategist of Puzzle Craft PR & Communications, Beatrice Izeagbe Okpara, said the shift was driven by changes in what organisations now require from communications support.

“Organisations today are not just competing for attention; they are competing for trust. Our work has grown beyond publicity. It is about helping leaders and institutions shape how they are perceived, understood and trusted over time,” she said.

The firm said its 2026 operations will be organised around four areas: Executive Influence, Institutional Trust, High-Growth Brands, and Political and Faith-Based Communications, which will guide its advisory work, media engagement, content development and stakeholder relations.

It also plans to activate its ARCON-approved Out-of-Home advertising licence, expanding its capacity to deliver outdoor advertising services alongside its communications work.

In addition, the firm disclosed plans to establish a Core Marketing and Market Access unit aimed at supporting selected organisations in translating visibility into market presence.

The firm described 2026 as a period focused on consolidation and expansion, with an emphasis on long-term partnerships, particularly with organisations navigating regulatory, public and market pressures.

“Our ambition is not to be the loudest. It is to be the most trusted partner behind leaders and institutions that must get it right,” Okpara said.
