African Market Entry Consulting Limited, the brand owners of CompanyFormation.Africa, has announced the launch of its first-ever Exclusive Founders & Entrepreneurs Meetup, set to take place on January 29, 2026, in Lagos.

The invitation-only event will bring together 100 carefully selected founders, business owners, and professionals for a focused, in-person dialogue on regulatory compliance, taxation, business positioning, and market readiness in the new year.

Well known for its role in helping over 7,000 businesses from more than 30 countries establish and operate compliantly in Nigeria and across Africa, African Market Entry Consulting is extending its impact beyond advisory services by creating a physical space for peer learning, founder networking, and regulatory clarity.

Unlike conventional business events, the meetup is designed as a practical working session, featuring expert-led discussions on the implications of Nigeria’s new tax regime, business structuring strategies, and how entrepreneurs can position themselves for credibility, influence, and long-term growth.

According to the organizers, the event also represents a milestone for the firm:
“This is the first time we’re hosting an in-person gathering of this nature. It reflects the trust the ecosystem has placed in us over the years and our responsibility to guide founders through the realities of doing business in Nigeria,” said Ayokunle Bankole.

The event will also feature networking sessions and a special announcement outlining the firm’s broader vision for Africa’s business ecosystem in 2026.
