The Dpathfinder Initiative has concluded the 2025 edition of its Career Path Summit, a two-day intensive programme aimed at equipping young Nigerians with practical career skills, professional exposure, and access to global opportunities.
The summit, convened by Boluwatife Oladeinde, brought together a distinguished group of facilitators who delivered sessions on employability, personal branding, and international career pathways. Among the speakers were Jane Bassi, who served as a panelist during the live mock interview session; Prince Obiaku, who led the training on CV and cover letter writing; international recruitment expert Toba Best, who spoke on remote job opportunities and global interview techniques; and Fatima Balogun, who facilitated an in-depth session on LinkedIn optimisation and leveraging social media for professional growth.
A major highlight of the event was the live mock interview conducted on the first day, giving participants an opportunity to receive direct feedback from industry professionals and better understand how to navigate high-stakes interviews with confidence. The practical experience complemented the summit’s core objective of preparing young people for real-world challenges in the competitive job market.
The Career Path Summit also delivered immediate tangible outcomes. Several participants secured job opportunities shortly after the event, while another attendee received access to a referral link for potential employment. One participant also gained a direct recommendation from a facilitator to a company executive, and another earned a mentorship slot with Toba Best, opening doors to personalised guidance and international career exposure.
Speaking after the summit, convener Boluwatife Oladeinde expressed appreciation to the facilitators and affirmed the organisation’s commitment to raising purpose-driven youth. “The goal of this initiative is not just to host programs, but to help young people transition from potential to purpose. The results we’ve seen from this edition affirm that when knowledge meets opportunity, transformation happens,” he said.
Founded to help young Nigerians lead purposeful and impactful lives, The Dpathfinder Initiative continues to nurture a growing community of visionary youth redefining success through competence, value creation, and leadership rooted in faith. Through programmes like the Career Path Summit, the organisation remains dedicated to helping young people find clarity, build courage, and chart their unique journeys in an increasingly dynamic global landscape.
