
The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) has partnered with Boss A1 Global Nigeria Limited to roll out a transformative training program for 30 youths in Delta State. The program, which covers 3D Printing, Digital Marketing, and Prototyping for Small Product Design, is designed to equip participants with vital digital skills essential for the emerging industrial revolution.
Empowering Youths through Digital Skills
This training initiative is part of the NCDMB’s Digitalization Initiative (NDI), which targets youths under 35. Aimed at enhancing employability and fostering entrepreneurship, the initiative exposes participants to digital tools and solutions that can drive innovation and growth, particularly within the oil and gas sector and its linkages.
Capacity Building for a Digital Future
Engr. Felix Omatsola Ogbe, Executive Secretary of NCDMB, underscored the growing importance of digitalization in improving productivity and reducing costs in the oil and gas industry. He emphasized the Board’s commitment to empowering Nigerians to take on key roles in the sector.
Participants in the training will receive practical experience in 3D printing, digital marketing, and prototyping, equipping them with the skills necessary to create innovative solutions within the industry.
With this partnership, NCDMB and Boss A1 Global Nigeria Limited aim to foster economic growth, promote job creation, and encourage sustainable development in the region by investing in the digital capabilities of Nigerian youths.
