Waterlight Save Initiative launches I-HEAL Blueprint for Inclusive development

By Benjamin Njoku

The WaterLight Save Initiative (WSI) has launched the I-HEAL Blueprint, a transformative framework designed to address social inequalities through inclusive, sustainable development practices.

The launch event, held on the sidelines of the Second World Summit for Social Development in Doha, Qatar, brought together global leaders, diaspora investors, and grassroots advocates to explore practical implementation paths.

During the launch, a short documentary introduced the IHEAL Blueprint’s eight pillars, emphasizing access to clean water, healthcare, education, and livelihoods.

The event featured reflections from prominent figures, including Dr. Prince Ero Ibhafidon, Founder/CEO of WSI, and an expert panel discussion on sustainable development, advocacy, finance, and media. The discussions aimed to forge a path for the I-HEAL Blueprint’s implementation, with a call-to-action to support the framework in meeting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and promoting social equity.

The launch event highlighted WSI’s impact across the world and the urgent need for the I-HEAL Blueprint’s implementation. The initiative seeks to foster cross-sector collaboration, blended financing, and community-led storytelling to drive inclusive development and heal communities worldwide. The event concluded with a call-to-action by Chantel Francois, urging governments, media, and international organizations to support the IHEAL Blueprint to meet the SDGs and heal communities worldwide through social equity.
