
The maiden edition of the Rt Hon. Friday Osanebi Ndokwa Has Got Talent competition has concluded with Japhet Mamuzo, a gifted lead guitarist, emerging as the overall winner.
Mamuzo clinched the top prize of ₦5 million, beating a field of talented contestants who thrilled a large audience of entertainment lovers at the grand finale.
Dancer Ochonogor Adaeze finished as the first runner-up, winning ₦3 million, while Okuchukwu Sunny came third, taking home ₦2 million as the second runner-up.
The winners expressed their appreciation to Rt Hon Friday Osanebi for creating a platform that supports and celebrates young talents in Ndokwa.
“On behalf of all the finalists and contestants, I am truly grateful to Rt Hon Friday Osanebi for believing in us and providing a platform to showcase our talents,” Mamuzo said.
Event coordinator Idi Presley told journalists that preparations for the next edition were already underway, promising a bigger and more exciting competition with more prizes and opportunities for emerging entertainers.
“We are already working on making the next edition even more spectacular,” he said. “I am grateful to my principal, Rt Hon Friday Osanebi, for his continued support for the Ndokwa people, and I look forward to seeing more talented Ndokwa entertainers shine.”
