Ada Chukwudozie to headline 10th IWPC in Gambia 

The prestigious 10th International Women Power Conference (IWPC) Africa is set to host one of Nigeria’s most accomplished female business leaders, Lady Ada Chukwudozie, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Keystone Bank Limited, as Special Guest of Honour and Speaker at this year’s landmark edition in Banjul, The Gambia.

The global leadership gathering, scheduled for November 27–28, 2025, will take place at the Sir Dawda Kairaba Jawara International Conference Center. The event will bring together influential women in governance, business, entrepreneurship, media, youth development, and social impact from across Africa and around the world.

Lady Chukwudozie, an industrialist and boardroom strategist with nearly three decades of experience, is celebrated for her remarkable contributions to corporate governance, inclusive finance, and national development. In recognition of her outstanding achievements, she will receive two distinguished honours during the conference: the Global Leading Woman Award on November 27 and the Phenomenal 100 Women Recognition Award on November 28.

These accolades underscore her leadership in advancing women’s participation in business and her dedication to sustainable economic growth across Africa.

A seasoned professional, Lady Chukwudozie holds an HND in Chemical Engineering from IMT Enugu, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, a Diploma in Law from Lagos State University, and a Diploma in Mandarin from the Chinese Cultural University in Taipei. Her career began in Taiwan before returning to Nigeria, where she rose through the ranks of the Dozzy Group of Companies to become one of the nation’s most influential industrial leaders.

Appointed Chairman of Keystone Bank by the Central Bank of Nigeria in August 2024, Lady Chukwudozie has since been recognized for her transformative governance style and reform-driven leadership. Earlier in 2025, she was awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree (Honoris Causa) by Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University in recognition of her professional and philanthropic impact.

The First Lady of The Gambia will serve as Chief Host of IWPC 2025, while the Keynote Address will be delivered by Her Regal Majesty, Olori Temitope Ogunwusi, wife of His Imperial Majesty, the Ooni of Ife, Ojaja II.

The conference’s 10th anniversary edition will feature keynote sessions, high-level panel discussions, youth engagement forums, cultural showcases, and the Phenomenal 100 Women Awards Gala, celebrating exceptional leadership and innovation by African women.

Lady Ada Chukwudozie’s participation is expected to be one of the major highlights of the event, reinforcing IWPC Africa’s mission to celebrate excellence, promote women’s leadership, and inspire transformative action for inclusive progress across the continent.
