Poised to revolutionize the real estate sector in Ogun State, Gtext Land, a subsidiary of Gtext Holdings, last Saturday launched Sardius Estate in Ijebu-Ode. The project is a bold step towards boosting economic growth and providing innovative living solutions in the region.

Speaking the launch event, Managing Director of GVest, Farouq Usman detailed the comprehensive development plans for Sardius Estate, emphasizing a commitment to sustainable and technologically advanced living spaces. “We are building a green and smart service estate. The estate which primarily targets upper-middle-class to high-class individuals, will incorporate state-of-the-art amenities, including solar panel technology, robust road networks, reliable electricity, CCTV cameras, and various recreational facilities such as gyms, parks, and tennis courts.,” he stated.

General Manager of Gtext Land, Olabisi Umoru highlighted the estate’s strategic location on the major expressway and directly beside Nigeria Breweries, as a primary driver of its appeal, noting that properties near major roads are highly favorable for large-scale investments and maximizing returns.

The launch event which drew a significant crowd, including community leaders, traditional figures, clients and investors, featured interactive activities and land allocation to buyers. Gtext Land confirmed that 80% of the estate’s more than 400 plots were already sold during the pre-launch phase.
