Aradel Holdings Plc has said it is focused on operational efficiency and sustainable value creation for shareholders and partners.
The firm said this after being named winner of the Best Equity Deal in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) at the 2024 edition of the EMEA Finance Achievement Awards, in recognition of the company’s listing on the Nigerian Exchange.
The award was presented during the EMEA Finance Achievement Awards 2024 Charity Dinner held in London recently, as part of the publication’s 17th annual recognition of notable capital markets transactions across the region.
Speaking on the recognition, Aradel Holdings’ Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Mr Adegbite Falade, said: “This award is a meaningful acknowledgment of the work done by our team and stakeholders throughout our transformation journey. We remain focused on operational efficiency and sustainable value creation for shareholders, partners, and host communities.”
Meanwhile, the listing came amid renewed investor interest in indigenous energy companies, following ongoing reforms in Nigeria’s capital markets aimed at improving transparency and participation.
