The Mayor of Orumba South Local Government Area, Hon. Shedrack Azubuike, has congratulated Anambra State Governor, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo, on being named Vanguard Newspaper’s Governor of the Year for Good Governance.

Azubuike described the award as a clear testament to Soludo’s visionary leadership, transparency, integrity, and people-focused governance, noting that the governor’s tenure has been marked by impactful and transformative initiatives.

“Every policy and initiative championed by Governor Soludo carries a human face, crafted with the intent to uplift lives and drive sustainable development across the state,” he said.

He emphasized that the award not only celebrates past achievements but also foreshadows greater recognition as the administration continues to deliver with excellence and innovation.

“This award is not just an accolade, but a validation of the giant strides our governor has made across sectors,” Azubuike added.
