How we are redefining asset co-ownership — Ijeawele

Ijeawele Invest has introduced “Clique,” a new feature on its web platform designed to facilitate co-ownership of commercial vehicles, addressing the financial barriers faced by low and middle-income earners.

The platform’s aim is to allow individuals to participate in the commercial vehicle market without the substantial upfront costs traditionally associated with asset ownership.

“For many, owning a commercial vehicle is financially out of reach,” stated Prosper Orji, founder of Ijeawele Invest. “Clique is designed to change that by enabling collective investment.”

The “Clique” feature operates on a hire-purchase model, where multiple individuals pool their resources to co-own a vehicle. Ijeawele Invest manages the operational aspects, including driver management and vehicle maintenance.

The platform highlights the potential for returns on investment through this co-ownership model, presenting it as an alternative to conventional savings options.

“This approach allows for a more accessible entry point into asset ownership,” Orji explained. “By sharing the financial burden, more people can participate in this sector.”

The company says it handles all operational duties, allowing the investors to receive returns. The goal is to provide a more accessible way for people to invest in assets.
